The kindness they show and the flexibility they allow

Most are approachable, some not.

Supervisors and managers are great. Team members make more than them.

Everything my team is great

They're smart and care about employees and customers.

One person on the leadership team has helped me since I started in my position.

They listen and try to work with you and your hours of availibility,

There are oppertunites to grow and learn with the right leader.

Attentiveness to issues and handling details is a reasonable period of time.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything! Most should never even have their jobs

Hiring proficient employees and rewarding them accordingly.

They need to do better at holding themselves accountable and stop acting like we are below them. They act like they cant telrest us with respect.

Showing employees respect and pay a living wage.

Be better at communication with each other and with there employees so we can work better as a team. Have time to work with team members that are struggling in the department. They should be in are department not running other departments.

Walking the talk. Talent development & promoting from within.

Everything, there just a bunch of money grabbers, who it seems need a giant stick named reality to hit them

Everything from manging staff to actually showing people what to do

Their work ethic is non-existent.

Talking to the team leaders more, having a meeting with them to discuss issues in the store, ask the leaders Thier opinions each quarter. Meet with the team leaders etc

Taking HR complaints seriously. I reported serious violations to corporate HR and OSHA and was written off.
