
The customers, especially when they are understanding and compliment me

Nothing, I can not think of a single lie to tell you. I go to work, team members are excited that I am there, they know I will do all the necessary things to get them out asap but when do we start investing back into the company, the people? Ive been asked what can help and still not getting help?

Helping customers and putting smiles on people's face as well, providing a service to the community.

The way people treat one another with kindness and respect and my immediate boss.
Coming to work and seeing my coworkers
Getting raises and being appreciated. There is no appreciation at our store at all. We don't even get points
One co-worker in particular and sometimes customers can be fun to interact with.
Helping Customers and the flow of the day makes it wonderful.
When we work as a team which the new manager does not we are still having the same amount of people but triple or more orders in pick-up we are TIRED and EXHAUSTED.
I love to interact with the customers, and my coworkers and i can joke around with most of the manegnent people

Starting pay should be higher for employees with decades of work experience than for those with zero experience
The numbers are wrong, the people are false secure
Shelves are stocked poorly (I swear it's not us) while whoever just keeps buying shit we have plenty of because we can't put it up because there's 3 cases of strawberry flavor in its place

Management and the workers customers see it and many others workers like me have left because of the constant drama, disgusting people, areas that one store on grandriver 286 is terrible establishment ever
Better management and Supervisors. More respect and discretion for your employees.
The customer experience isn't the issue here at the store it's the management and the employees. The management behaves just like employees they are just a cult and only care for themselves the management only care for the management and favorite team members the rest are just pawns.

District fresh market supervisor is not qualified and extremely negative
Have the items not on line have the right prices put the item in the right area
Prices the item in the right place check out dated food

Quit jerk in the employees around and give them a decent wage And decent hours
leaders do not care what happens so long as they get what they want
The managers are ruining the store train new ones to work train the on human relations
Ordering system is terrible, expectations out of wack, having no real online shop in 2021 is inexcusable.
