Meet the people Meijer is interviewing over the phone

Always tell new people about the experience pay. I was not told about the experience pay until a month in.

Eliminate the svripted HR questions "tell me about a time when..." Teach the interviewers how to expose character snd personal wualities of potential regardless of age or experience

Call more people at a timely manner not 3 weeks later

We hire everybody and anybody their is no process
