What did you like most about the interview process?

It was friendly and informative.

It was straight forward and done in 10 minutes

My interview was almost seven years ago so I don't really recall but it was fairly rudimentary.

Actually giving people interviews versus selectively choosing who you want to have a position.

Needs to be more relaxed it is a grocery store not Apple or a bank. Some of the most brilliant people are over looked because they didn’t fit in the bo

There isnt much they could do, why would the recruiter tell you about how abusive and cruel the culture is.

Training for effective interviewing and candidate vetting.

Care. How can you ask more words for care, you monsters

Drug testing needs to be done. People cant be this stupid while being sober.

Meet the people Meijer is interviewing over the phone

Always tell new people about the experience pay. I was not told about the experience pay until a month in.

Eliminate the svripted HR questions "tell me about a time when..." Teach the interviewers how to expose character snd personal wualities of potential regardless of age or experience
