What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a few manager that are team players and will help u out
Tbh, the only good thing was the discount.
In my experience the most positive thing about Meijer's environment would be the customers. I love the customers!

There isnt really much positive. I guess every once in a while they give us free food for reaching what ever stupid fake goal they made.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay more money, too many chiefs not enough Indians
When new people start they should be trained correctly and not doing so many different things. And the manager should make sure they have everything they need to follow do the job everyday.
Leadership needs to be better
Having managers and leaders be a little more nicer with the workers
Open communication. Firing management who are antisocial and lock doors on team members. Firing people performing sexual acts on the clock
Leadership that embraces the "Meijer" culture
Just close your doors and go out of business this place might be worse than walmart.

Need to really be diverse in everything
Better choices in management instead of people getting positions because of whom they know, not what they know.
Treating people better and not disrespecting them every 5 seconds destroying their motivation to even work.
