What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of us work together and help each other out

Everyone other than management was a delight to work with.

They always show up and come through when needed

They may disagree, but they are kind and respectful when doing so.

Im rareky have team meetings anymore.

I love my immediate coworkers in my department and some of the others who operate at the same level as me. Management, on the other hand, has been absolutely awful...

The logistics group is a very good team.

the morale is amazing here

My team was incredibly hard working and driven and was among the best team I had ever worked with. However once the new manager was brought in, many team members quit after being picked on by management, and unfair treatment. They went from being hard workers to very unmotivated and unhappy people.

Co workers need to improve in communication

Respectto all other who you are working with

Do there job, without saying " that's not my job"

Learn to follow rules and work together as a team.

They need to stop complaining every 2 seconds

Well I'm not returning after that incident Thursday they all was trying to start something with me about my uniform which I was trying to change into but had a meeting they treated me so poorly and I just received terrible family news and need to leave I wish them no harm just prayers

Continue to support each other

Treat everyone the same in the organization regardless of title. The EVPs ego is a large part of the problem

An effective, professional team lead. That can delegate & train effectively. A team lead that does not plat favorites & a team lead that actually helps rather than hinders us. And line leads that will listen to our complaints & actually do someabout it, rather than sweep things under the rug

As mentioned, it would be nice if the communication would be better and nobody was talking bad behind your back. You don't know who to trust which I felt was poor and unfournate.

My problem is with leadership. Their attitudes trickle down to other team members, which makes everyone miserable, and no effort is made to resolve disputes.
