Most are approachable, some not.

Supervisors and managers are great. Team members make more than them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything! Most should never even have their jobs

Hiring proficient employees and rewarding them accordingly.

They need to do better at holding themselves accountable and stop acting like we are below them. They act like they cant telrest us with respect.

Showing employees respect and pay a living wage.

Be better at communication with each other and with there employees so we can work better as a team. Have time to work with team members that are struggling in the department. They should be in are department not running other departments.

Raises are given by hours worked not by effort exerted, so the good employees get stuck compensating for the rest.

Hours are being cut in half.

Pay is not competitive and there should be merit based raises

We get paid nothing and the takeout rate is garbage. With living cost going up it was be nice to expect a decent raise

Everyone other than management was a delight to work with.

They always show up and come through when needed

They may disagree, but they are kind and respectful when doing so.

Tbh, the only good thing was the discount.

In my experience the most positive thing about Meijer's environment would be the customers. I love the customers!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay more money, too many chiefs not enough Indians

When new people start they should be trained correctly and not doing so many different things. And the manager should make sure they have everything they need to follow do the job everyday.

Leadership needs to be better

Having managers and leaders be a little more nicer with the workers

Open communication. Firing management who are antisocial and lock doors on team members. Firing people performing sexual acts on the clock

Nothing, I can not think of a single lie to tell you. I go to work, team members are excited that I am there, they know I will do all the necessary things to get them out asap but when do we start investing back into the company, the people? Ive been asked what can help and still not getting help?

There aren't enough employees throughout the store in every department which greatly affects customer service.
