Hiring proficient employees and rewarding them accordingly.

They need to do better at holding themselves accountable and stop acting like we are below them. They act like they cant telrest us with respect.

Communication is non existent. Nobody cares

Raises are given by hours worked not by effort exerted, so the good employees get stuck compensating for the rest.

Hours are being cut in half.

In my experience the most positive thing about Meijer's environment would be the customers. I love the customers!

When new people start they should be trained correctly and not doing so many different things. And the manager should make sure they have everything they need to follow do the job everyday.

Needs to be more relaxed it is a grocery store not Apple or a bank. Some of the most brilliant people are over looked because they didn’t fit in the bo

There isnt much they could do, why would the recruiter tell you about how abusive and cruel the culture is.

Everyone seems to be very friendly

The customers, especially when they are understanding and compliment me

Nothing, I can not think of a single lie to tell you. I go to work, team members are excited that I am there, they know I will do all the necessary things to get them out asap but when do we start investing back into the company, the people? Ive been asked what can help and still not getting help?
