Reasonably nice, consistent, I don't know really. They're alright.

We're a mixed bunch who are all just trying to get through it together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a wage that's worth putting up with customer abuse would be a nice change. And extra compensation for those who obviously show capability above and beyond
