Helping my coworkers and customers, getting to connect with the people in my community and making long lasting friends
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of the employees are very kind and hardworking. Some of the managers I work with are the same way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's depends on the department. Some managers do whatever it takes, others don't. The best part about the good managers is their willingness to try to maintain a healthy work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This work can be very rigorous, and we are constantly understaffed. Some days I'll be doing the job of three people, and yet I still struggle to pay my bills sometimes.
