I've been on several different teams, and some have been more positive than others. Culture starts at the top, but it doesn't always trickle down. Some groups are more in line with the overall company culture than others.

The company is in a better place than it was in the past, but there's still a long way to go. By the time initiatives get to people like me, the goals are no longer clear.

I am encouraged to be my authentic self.

It's just work. It's not exciting.

I know people who have been here less time than me make more than me

I would like my salary to be on-par with others doing the same job as me.

I love the respect that my team has for one another. We know one another's strengths, and we are collaborative.

I like that the leadership team seems to make an effort to get to know people at different levels within the company.

My team is so supportive and collaborative. It's difficult to connect as humans in a remote-work world, but we've managed to do it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong. It's just that work is still work, and it's not easy to be excited about it every single day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to level-set the compensation between legacy Endurance team members and legacy Web.com team members. There are huge disparities between people doing the same/similar roles.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just not exciting. It's more frustrating than anything. There are entirely too many cooks in the kitchen on the Marketing team. Communication is poor. We are not aligned on direction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has shown that they truly care about the culture within the company. That can be difficult with such a large business, but I definitely feel valued as a person; and that all stems from the culture that is being cultivated.
