I have worked here a long time and have had the pleasure of watching the company grow internally and externally. The talent that exists within the company is phenomenal and widespread. However, there is still work to do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average salary for my position is much higher than I make. I love my position, but the pay is not competitive.

I make $20,000 less annually than the average salary for my position. The company is more focused on money and acquisition than on employees and customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the opportunity to do tasks that I would not ordinarily be able to do. It helps tremendously with experience when you are ready to further your career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a team of incredibly talented people! Their skills are far more advanced than the work they do! We all work to make sure we have consistency, clear communication, and constant development of ourselves and each other.

Unflexible benefits, non-competitive salary, and inconsistent employee reviews. The average salary for my position is $13,000 to $33,000 more than what I make. I would like to see goals set for employees and regular, consistent employee reviews that include feedback on how to improve and grow
