The company has had many changes over the years and continues to change and grow. The experience can get hectic at times however it is rewarding being able to accomplish goals. The downside is sometimes we are not always setup properly to succeed with how aggressive timelines can be little prep time
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've had great mentors in the company, i've had good times and bad times. Overall good experience but we need to improve which we started to but the lack of ownership with other departments or assistance in getting client issues resolved is tough to work with.

Responsible, communicative, understanding, hard working, goal oriented

Being able to collaborate, completing tasks, accomplishing goals that were set moving forward and growing

What I like the best about my leadership team is the honest communication and care that they have for us as employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork how we consistently are there for each other and help us reach our goals together. We are all human and treated as such between our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel our culture at the company is open and diverse. Specially with multiple affinity groups that combine similar minded people together but also help educate others about each culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a feeling of accomplishment. The feeling I get when one of our client's issues has been addressed in a timely manner and I was a part of that solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the company appears to care about lots of different groups and goes out of the way to ensure everyone is included. The company appears to care more about all groups more now, besides compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically, we work hard together, communicate well and can be relied upon. We also get through the tough times when large work loads or changes are presented to us that need immediate action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wages me and the team are offered for the level of knowledge and work required to execute successfully is far to low compared to other industry standards. Even comparing other departments we are not competitive compared to the level of work and knowledge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is just far to much work for specific roles. There isn't enough bodies to cover the workload handed to us in our department. Comparing to other departments or similar roles in the industry as well as within our own company there feels to be a lack of dividing of work load or assistance.
