I enjoy the work I do and the co-workers I work with. I love being in a technology company that has an opportunity to help SMB's be successful. I wish I had more mentorship and growth potential. Promotions shouldn't be available just for a management opportunity but tied to growth and goal targets.

They foster a psychologically safe space for each of us to contribute and be vulnerable. They are smart, hard working and always willing to share knowledge and collaborate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being with the company for almost 4 years and taking on more than what I was hired for, I believe I have shown leadership, growth and strategic thinking, and yet have been only given a lateral move with no compensation increase.
