I have been with Newfold since it formed and then through acquiring major assets. The speed and commitment to get everyone on the same page/system/products is phenomenal. What is the best part about your compensation package?
A fair base salary is always a great way to start. Merit based bonuses are fair and transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Winning. For me in particular winning means helping create meaningful products for our customers. When you get it right and make their lives easier, everyone wins and it feels amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be myself and my input is valued regardless of the setting or audience. I think that should be how almost everyone feels since I see that fostered on every topic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The vast majority of people in my orbit are eager to help, engaged and intelligent. There are varying degrees of experience both within the company and the space. The newer/less experienced members are so willing to learn and grateful for guidance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First they are smart, fair and focused. Above and beyond that, they are genuine. In particular the folks I have interacted with Sharon, Ed, Joanne. Anuj, Amit, Cristina are all the same person one on one as on a townhall. Obvs some audiences need more or less detail but they all honest and sincere.
