My initial experience when hired 2.5 years ago was great, I learned a lot and saw many opportunities to grow and advance in several directions. After the merge and birth of Newfold all those opportunities have vanished, along with many jobs and coworkers.

Stop outsourcing all the Amercian jobs to other countries.

Everyone is pretty easy going and there isn't a lot of stress or pressure from management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The biggest issue I hear from customers is the decline of competent and knowledgeable staff. The biggest issue I see from my department is lack of growth and opportunities to advance.
