To be honest, upon applying I address to HR that I have higher salary but what they did they cut off the salary I want and instead offer the mandatory benefits like the allowances offer on the company and it disappointment and now they offer a mere increase and terrible compensation/incentves

I love the way we share ideas but to be honest I am stuck on what I am now. I want to grow in my career, I want new challenges
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel any challenge in my job, it looks like Im stagnant. I want to learn new things and I want the company to value their employee earning with a mere amount of 3% - 5% increase will surely make employees will resign. I just want this to be heard by the executive.
