The company is great and so as the people and the culture but the salary the employees are getting does not really match with the complexity of the job.

So far the people are great in terms of communication. Leaders are open for feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest, the salary does not met the complexity of the job. Not all the employees has knowledge in IT that could easily understand DNS mapping yet can maintain good KPI scores and can provide excellent service. OT served due to long calls and tickets are not paid which is unfair for us.
