Markmonior is terrific. Newfold is okay. There are growing pains while the latter learns what it means to operate in an enterprise environment, including what is needed in the way of product investment, people investment, and more. TBD if Newfold meets the challenge or not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits provided by Newfold in the US are C+ at best. There is nothing brag-worthy in the benefits we have. And for international employees, they're far below standard in the region for the type of staff we employ.
