The commission. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the commission I am getting every month so far.

Making sales is the top reason why I am very happy to go to work especially the commission that awaits at the end of the month.

Our team are very supportive with each other. Each member looks into the good of everybody. Each one of us are helping those who are struggling especially with the monthly quota.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that the company gives the benefits and the compensation that we work hard for is the most positive for me. Also, the company never fails to acknowledge our accomplishments which makes us more motivated work even harder.
