What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're just kids and don't know that their managers are the ones who need the guidance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendliness, and outgoingness of (not current/ever) manager! I wish I got hired with her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just found out that I have been OVERPAYING the company out of my tips! What I am actually owed, I'm paying to the company. And I'm not getting all my tips.
