I just got hired on as an assistant manager, having worked for many companies in this industry over my life so far, I can say the model Pizza Hut pushes their management to follow is an excellent one and the stores that follow this model correctly are outstanding work environments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open minded, excellent work ethic and great (and professional) work small talk. That makes the day go by so much more smoothly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone there is there to do their job to the best of their ability and help others out where we are lacking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The effort they put into making sure every one of their team members have what they need, when they need it. I should also mention the excellent coaching I've recieved throughout my onboarding and first few days there.
