Respect and not expecting so much out of one person. One person can't do it all!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at least 60 hours every week and I'm paid salary, so no overtime. It's ridiculous the things managers have to do. And absolutely no respect from the higher ups.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My employees are fine, they work and do their jobs. It's the upper management that needs to be a little more considerate and realize that people can only do so much.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be like all of the training videos that every new hire has to watch. Those poor people think that what they see on those videos is what Pizza Hut it all about. Nope! Think about the complete opposite, THAT'S what Pizza Hut is all about!
