Everyone is working together towards common goals. All of the improvement areas are exposed and being actively worked on. It's a very collaborative environment and every voice is important.

Collaboration with my peers and my team is very important to me. Our culture depends on it. It's fun to work with people who care about Clients and driving quality and efficiency.

We help each other out, there is a sense of pride and belonging to our team. I love how people participate in all-team meetings, it feels like team members are invested, engaged and empowered.

the level of engagement and collaboration is great. They cut through to what's important and help us weed out the noise. I love the focus on putting our clients first. Also the rally around common goals!
