I like my direct leaders bc they lead with empathy and really prioritize who I am as a person

Our team is very small but we know each other very very well. Our team's sense of humor is very present.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the close relationships I've formed with people on my team and throughout the organization. It does feel like everyone recognizes that we're people first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being recognized for my hard work. My team and manager are very good at this, and I enjoy the use of Kazoo to shout out a job well done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid competitively for my role. I have looked at other postings for my same title with posted salaries of more than $20k more than what I am making here. Even internally, I know I am paid $9k less than another individual on the team with the same title.
