Overall, PlanSource is a fast-moving, exciting company to be working for. Something is always happening/changing/transforming whether it be internally or externally. The compensation isn't the greatest, but overall benefits package is comparable. Looking forward to a new CEO and path forward.

Positive experience - it has been a fast few months (or year) but the trend is positive. New leaders are very encouraging. I am always challenged and supported at work.

Lots of pressure and unknowns without a CEO in place. How will this impact M&A? What happens to industry perspective? Etc.

Collaboration and support of one another especially in times of need - I can always count on our team to cover for each other.

New leaders are very excited about our future which is encouraging for those that have been here a while and have seen some unsteady periods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not comparable across the industry. I also know I am not compensated the same as those before me were in my role.
