What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager, Kayla White, is hands down the best manager I have ever personally worked for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the compensation is fair, but Orlando is prohibitively expensive. I was preapproved for $150k for a home loan, but a literal burned down house is selling for $200k. When we could have moved, the pay was amazing. But not being able to move means expensive apartments are my only option.
