The company has and continues to evolve over the many years I've been here. Not all changes have been positive however in those instances, the company does attempt to course correct. I am excited for the future and next chapter of the company's new leaders.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork is demonstrated and very strong at PlanSource. The culture is diverse and provides a wide spectrum of experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are aware when change needs to be made and work to ensure the those are addressed as quickly as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation of tenured employees is not in line with new hires being hired in comparable roles with less company and industry knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have very talented, committed and knowledgeable team members who have are sincerely interested in supporting the company and their customers, internal and external.
