The Leadership shows a passion for excellence and the drive to be the best!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a remote worker makes this part a little tough, however when i go into the Salt Lake office, it seems like everyone is pretty close.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Granted it is my first year with PlanSource. I came from a small business where i was an IT Director for several years. After we sold, i was lucky enough to fall into PlanSource. My goal is to build out a department, however i feel undercompensated for my experience and what i bring to the table.
