In general, I like Radancy and I really enjoy working here. I don't want to change companies. However, there is always more frustration. Unfair pay, shorter turnaround times, high workload, a lot of overtime - for little appreciation and errors are highlighted.

Cohesion, support, everyone gives their best, very nice, a lot of experience and knowledge from which you can learn
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Earning less than most of the others. Based on experience, new areas of work, etc., salary adjustment should take place. So far I've always been put off. Errors are highlighted without seeing how much you're doing. No benefits (Christmas bonus, more vacation days, tickets for public transport, etc.)
