There is a steep learning curve to begin, but as you start to familiarize yourself with the role and take on more responsibility it becomes easier. I value my coworkers and the effort made by management to keep the team engaged outside of work with fun activities and happy hours when possible
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of achievement when a major project is completed and the constant learning of new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is clear and open communication and objectives/goals are reiterated in a fashion that is easy to digest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The structure of the account team in my experience allows for a cohesive and comprehensive approach to all issues or strategic requests that arise. If someone is out, others step up and there is healthy and open communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery is great when meeting with coworkers in person, but I also value the flexibility awarded to our teams to work remotely the majority of the time. There is little to no micromanagement on my team and healthy lines of communication are the norm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current market and inflation, I believe it's fair to provide a cost of living raise and re-evaluate salaries on a yearly basis to accommodate for rising costs on essential goods (food, rent, gas etc...). Otherwise it feels like we are making less each year.
