Organon: Well meaning but the Company is still very new and a lot of processes and systems still need to be developed. The desired new culture is not fully embedded yet but the Company is clearly committed to it.

Home Care Assistance: Company is terrible. Staff never knows whats going on, payroll is a nightmare for paid training, rarely supply PPE, if they do its the cheapest ppe possible. Considering they make over 50% revenue off the clients and workers, could at least come up with some solid PPE. Their fake App is always down.
Organon: I was joined in 2015, it forming is MSD, and started in Feb 2021 the company already spin-off to Organon. It's honored me as the founder of a multinational company with a focus on women's health.
Organon: Building a new company is challenging, and we work hard, with long hours, but i love being a part of creating something that has such a great purpose.
