Elsevier: It goes up and down in waves, but I generally think we're on an up. The nature of the work is changing radically so its vital staff are given opportunity to develop/train.
Elsevier: Enjoy most of my role. Completely overworked. There seems to be recognition of high work load. The "reward" of handling that is nothing needs to change because nothing is broken (including people) yet. No change from management regarding demands. I work 6 days a week and to this day, I can't tell you of a day I was shown appreciation for my dedication. This situation is unfair, leadership continues to ask for more, and more, but do not compensate us adequately.
