What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be considerate with questions/requests. Think in advance about clear requirements or questions. Coworkers should spend more thing presenting coherent stories on the issues at hand. There is not enough emphasis on why things are being requested, and is the question even the correct one.
