Enjoy most of my role. Completely overworked. There seems to be recognition of high work load. The "reward" of handling that is nothing needs to change because nothing is broken (including people) yet. No change from management regarding demands. Cost cuts are cause massive extra work and stress.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be considerate with questions/requests. Think in advance about clear requirements or questions. Coworkers should spend more thing presenting coherent stories on the issues at hand. There is not enough emphasis on why things are being requested, and is the question even the correct one.
