Arm: Pervasive technology that affects the entire human race. It's exciting to know that Arm is at the forefront and is helping make the world a better place.

Align Technology: I knew most of the people already
GE Vernova: GE for me is like family that inspires me to grow

GE Vernova: Trust, hard work for a goal
GE Vernova: 15 years in HR function in different roles
GE Vernova: I fight to get my ideas heard, asked for even. I have been overlooked due to being female/mother in the past. I present ideas too early but presented by a male and it is better received and credited. Training is not equally provided to the team. I have struggled to explain tech to boss...
GE Vernova: I have done a lot of good work on significant projects which has brought power, light and warmth to the world. And I have gotten to see the world over the course of my career.
GE Vernova: great place to develop technical and leadership skills from other smart, experienced people and good leaders and to do work that has an impact in the world. Lots of room for career development.
GE Vernova: Work at GE Gas Power is always a bit of whirlwind. There is a huge volume of work that at times exceeds one's ability to manage things well. The work is demanding, diverse and important. If a job can be exhilarating, fulfilling, impactful and occasionally exhausting all at once, that's GE Gas Power.

GE Vernova: I really like working for GE. I have been able to try different roles and make a huge impact for our customers.
GE Vernova: Opportunities have slowed; benefits and perks dwindled; morale is better than in past 6 years; but it is better than being unemployed
GE Vernova: I was civil lead in Ge Power gas, now I'm head of steel structures in GE Steam
GE Vernova: American management style with hire & fire mentality, destroying Know-How and not ensuring future pipeline with young talents makes me unsatisfied, being 30 years with the company, but not knowing, if I can stay until retirement makes me uncomfortable, good conditions and remaining network keeps me
GE Vernova: Excellent environment to work and development your career.

Alabama Power Company: The overall experience is total satisfaction.
GE Vernova: Honest truth - I feel that we are disposable turnips being bled for every last ounce we can give. I feel executives are not in line with the reality of the execution structures and that creates misalignment in the organization. I am loyal and will push to support/drive where and as long as i can.
GE Vernova: the team I am working with
GE Vernova: I have found GE to be much the same as other large companies I have worked for. To any managers and over complicated. More and more is expected of middle management with the latest introduction of Workday is a fine example of pushing additional work onto middle management in the name of empowerment
GE Vernova: It has been very enriching on a professional level but more on a personal level that has made me a better person thanks to the people I work with

GE Vernova: GE is an excellent company that has provided me the opportunity to have different career paths and pursue special projects across industries, without ever having to leave GE.
GE Vernova: I LOVE GE. Some times cost cutting hurt or add more work to other team. work life balance not fair for all organizations. Front line employees in front of customer never get the support we should get from other functions. Need to pay every one fairly to reflect amount of hours we working
GE Vernova: It's a fantastic meritocratic company most of the times. The company gives freedom for one to shape up their career. Leadership supports talent really well.
GE Vernova: Started very positive and willing to develop and build, evolved into a permanent fight for survival, endless organisational changes, confusion.
GE Vernova: I am very satisfied from my current position, and the opportunities that the company provides me, also the environment very dynamic and challenging that pushing you to improvement.
GE Vernova: Not a bad expierience but I would expect that at GE desicions were taken by talent and dedication not by friendship.
GE Vernova: GE Power is multinational comp. trying to be as flexible as possible with secure work place ,but under constant reorganization. LEAN transformation gives significant opportunities to learn and change business processes, but it also results a significant extra workload during the daily operation.
