After 15 years at GE I always had great roles and opportunities to manage my carrier and progress. However I feel that the expectations from the senior leaders have increased a lot and put a lot of pressure to middle management without giving the tools and ressources to meet them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'd like the leadership team to work better together for GE and less individually for each P&L. As well we have now loss all our global support from logitics / sourcing / GSC with no communications neither guidance how we should handle those locally
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overhall the team is very motivated and supportive but when we're asked to do lean and engage with projects on top of daily operational jobs, most of my team mates are not skilled to managed these kind of initiative and requires a lot mentoring and coaching
