The company get feedback continuously and actions to improve can observe. I see a high level of consistency to improve every aspects of the world through lean philosophy (processes, margin , cost, diversity, inequity, volunteers, ...)

Transparent information and candor related hard business decisions. Safety above anything and continue improving mindset to make a better world ( DIB programs, foster life long training, cutting carbon initiative), I think all of this make us better person, profesional in GE or our entire carreer.

Work environment is awesome and not only when all is ok but also when things go wrong or very wrong. Beyond this goods things can happen with nice and open minded people (company success and people personal and professional success with all tool GE put for us)
