After so many rounds of headcount reduction to start again to contract young engineers from university to secure our future

GT product & US centric management, exhaustive reporting effort, blind belief in numbers, wrong and too many KPIs, no pipeline of young engineers from university, quarterly reporting and pivot mentality w/o midterm outlook, rapid org change, never ending HC reduction - change what is wrong
