GE Vernova: A historical built up company, which nearly broke after more than 100 years because of loosing focus, too much diversion and CEO's ego. Now with Larry & Scott we have two leaders which are visionaries and determined to lean down to what is only needed.

The Toro Company : I'm just a number my experience and suggestions arnt welcome I'm degraded. If I can make a difference my credit is taken. Honestly it's horrible! I have never worked under worse people. I now struggle with deep depression and anxiety every day

TD Ameritrade: It has been difficult. I was given inaccurate information during the offer phase. I worked w/two or three HR people - but they could never answer questons. Onboarding was a challenge - I spent hours on the phone trying to get things corrected. There was no training for the work itself.
CBC: Understanding the business. Everyone going in their own direction.
Encore Capital Group: Overall, I love my coworkers. They deserve better than they are getting and most of them are currently looking for another job. It is just too bad that none of us feel appreciated for the giant amount of work we do

Athleta: The culture at my store has deteriorated over the years. The GM is very mean, unethical, manages with favoritism and openly disrespects her associates. She encourages the same behavior with her managers which has caused the culture to be negative.

RealPage: It's not a good company to boost morale, it seems like there are a lot of mind games geared towards motivating through reverse psychology but it just tears down my spirit and motivation.
Exide Technologies: Very good until multiple bankruptcies and good old boy decisions of Exide Management. Corporate HR not ethical!
Mattress Firm: Find this a good job that offers the ability to earn a decent wage/commission. Only downside is the long days and working most holidays with very little reward from the management group and bonuses were taken away from most of the retail team but increased for the management team.

UKG: Truly a great place to work, with opportunity for individuals to grow as well as produce results in a team situation.

Extended Stay America: My overall experience was moderate. I loved my job but the environment became very hostile. Somehow a longtime associate was allowed to be very disrespectful. I guess seniority over integrity.
Dunkin': So far I like going to work, the people are very nice there and its a positive environment. I would like to get paid more for all the work we put into everything. Also having more than 1 shirt to work in would be more beneficial instead of me having to wash it everyday for work.

Elsevier: The company has some amazing products and services that are truly making an impact on science and medicine. Its amazing to be part of that journey.
LHC Group: Since joining LHC my training has been excellent aged to meet the needs of the changing teams and environment. I was promoted within three months. There have been many changes to the teams I manage but my sr leaders are helping bridge the gaps

There was organisational changes this year that was not well managed, causing issues pschological safety issues due to the top-down non-consultative approach.

Leviton: Overall, it could be better. I've not been here that long but from what I've seen the management team needs works. There are even some that shouldn't be in that position. The job itself is easy. It's not the job that I dislike its the way it is ran.
