My experience has been largely a positive one. Like any job, there will be tough times especially when you need to finish your project on time, but so far I see huge growth in me as a person.

The work I do really motivates me and makes me happy, I feel stretched and challanged

because I don't know if i'm being paid fairly, Elsevier needs to be transparent about pay

Because there is no transparency about pay. I would feel better if Elsevier was more transparent about pay

Kumsal has steered Elsevier during the pandemic with clarity and compassion. Kudos to her and her leadership team, as during these uncertain times, it has been clearly communicated that we, as employees, need to look after our health and wellbeing. I have valued this support from the leadership.
