It is being 20 yeas at GE. The first years were mostly focused on learning and creating a lot of relationships and career advancement. Since 5 years ago to date it is being more resilient and survival, also very focused on delivering with quality and helping others to grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even in the current situation, salaries have been reduced systematically thru the last 4 years. There is a lot to do. In one same site salaries for other businesses has been better than in Gas Power.
