Personal interactions, friendliness, ability to make things work even when remote
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking the pandemic seriously, especially when the outcomes of the disease are unknown. Not taking into account the inherent immunocompromisation of pregnant women (not just high risk) was irresponsible.
