My specific team is akin to a brotherhood. This has been the case in most of the groups I have been in in my 18 years at Bell. The only exceptions were some of the very large Engineering design groups I was in.

Even the simplest of task we hear complaining from fellow employess, we by far have if not the easiest job the best job at Bell but to hear to childness of complaining is old.

When training someone in a new skill or job focus, don't just throw someone to the wolves. Guide and help them to become good at the job and help improve production allowing for less defects/repairs.
