I enjoyed the fact that I was able to interview not just with the hiring manager or HR, but with the entire team that would be my colleagues as well. I was able to field questions from them but also ask them questions of my own, and it let us get a great sense of one another and if we'd be a fit.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Id first hire people for what experience they have for the job they are applying for. Meaning, I would hire the folks who are qualified for the job and not because someone in their family works here, or they are my favorite server at the restaurant where I like to eat.
