There are constant changes to the work requirement and changes to amount of hours required to work. Plus have to switch days working week days to weekends. With no consideration of personnel life.

Too many folks seem happy to continue to operate as they have done for the last 10-15 years rather than exploring new and more efficient methods / processes / technologies to streamline a business function without sacrificing quality - contracts and supplier contracts management teams take note.

Our group needs to build a team that is respected and looked up to. This has created an environment that is toxic and unproductive. In order to improve this situation, the individuals need to be removed. Only then can the team build as a strong, productive, professional group.

Its all about the Benjamins. Employee care is evidently low. A pizza party, or raffle isnt going to fix low morale. We dont have the tools or facilities to do our job correctly, norms that have set in prevent process improvement. Heads need to roll at PF. Regime Change Wage Increase to Market. AC!

There are a lot of process improvements that can be made out on the production floor that seem to be overlooked or the typical response is, "It's always been that way" or "we've tried bringing that to production support and nothing was done". Need to become better organized to improve production.

Company Culture is to maintain authority in a pyramid structure, with very little authority given to lower level management and individual contributors. The pyramid should be flattened, and all employees empowered to make more decisions, and then held responsible for those outcomes.
