Don't follow. Be above average. Lead the industry with compensation. Invest more on compensating existing talent to avoid attrition and save on recruiting, hiring, and training.

As with many large companies. Individual contribution and talents can go unrecognized. Managers seldom communicate with employees to fully understand the scope of their abilities. Discussions at performance reviews are regimented. The company needs more managers willing to engage with the employees.

Inviting and enjoyable. For one example, table tennis is available and frequently used!

I can't say there is anything positive or negative about the culture. Lots of new hires and lots of turn over so a culture is not well defined. The environment is good with the exception of too many Trumpers.

Company Culture is to maintain authority in a pyramid structure, with very little authority given to lower level management and individual contributors. The pyramid should be flattened, and all employees empowered to make more decisions, and then held responsible for those outcomes.
