Caring about the employees. Fire exits doors hard or can't open. The clean rooms are dirty. Leadership more worried about parking closer than their employees and disabled. Taking away bbut that transport disabled down a 6-tier step to get into the building.

The culture of the company is fine. The culture of the team I am on needs refreshing. Just because you have been at Bell 20 plus years does not mean you are a quality LEADER not a competent manager.

Because our management is not qualified to do what they are doing we are constantly, trying to fix unnecessary problems. Because of the long tenure of people on the floor, we continue to satisfy our customers. But the fight to battle unqualified management decisions is exhausting.

Find a manager that is not a tyrant.

There are constant changes to the work requirement and changes to amount of hours required to work. Plus have to switch days working week days to weekends. With no consideration of personnel life.
