it's a stress full place to work. Hostile environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That will be discussed during contract.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Take pride in their work! Stop the hate.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Include hourly personnel to participate in company function.

Find a manager that is not a tyrant.

For tyhem to take pride in work and not be lazy!

The company and dealership make it stress full. Personnel call the Advance Composit Center (ACC) the prison! Cell Block 36. More worried about the little things than the whole picture. I DRED COMING TO WORK AT ACC!!!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about the employees. Fire exits doors hard or can't open. The clean rooms are dirty. Leadership more worried about parking closer than their employees and disabled. Taking away bbut that transport disabled down a 6-tier step to get into the building.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because. They don't care if your safety is a factor. I feel undervalued because you have to fight for training pay when it is owed to you. You have to fight for everything that is owed to you.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership needs to care about their personnel. Fire exits are unable or hard to open. Notified over a month aga still not fixed. Planning not being followed but leadership don't care as long as part does not fail. Reather be vindictive to employees than do the right thing. Leadership is a Fail.
