My overall experience at Bell has been awful to say the least. being called Anti-gay slang words has made me very depressed and discouraged. If I didn't have a brain disease and needed the money, I would have left.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very well paid, and health care plans are affordable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the union. Stop hiring supervisors that don't know how to delegate work in an efficient manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership in the executive realm, are very good about keeping all employees up to date on everything that is happening in the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to stop sleeping at their desk when it isn't break time. they need to work more efficiently as well as work better as a team.
