GE has great technology and capabilities over 100 years of history, but the reduction in too many manpower to overcome financial difficulties has resulted in overall decline in design, sourcing and quality management, and unless it is urgently restored, we will face essential difficulties.

Transparent in communication and and the relationship between top and bottom is not rigid but flexible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Because I believe that I am contributing to the country and society by providing stable electricity by doing my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be adequate compensation for the fact that we still have a weak organization compared to the tasks our team has to do now and that we are making more commitments to make up for them.
