Very frustrated. The purpose of the businesses are good, but the value of employees is low and getting worse.

They try to do the best with what they have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are trying to to the best that they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be trying by focusing on the business financials.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits continue to errode over the past 15 years with no pay increase in 4 years. The focus is on financials wiht no attention paid to the employee value proposition.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of value of employees. Demonstrate that employees are valued beyond platitudes. The constant years of benefits reductions, layoffs, closures and business sell offs due to poor leadership decisions need to be addressed and settled down.
