What makes you most happy at work?

My direct reports are a strong team and I respect their opinions and appreciate their honest feedback

What do you like best about the leadership team?

From the CEO down, there have been clear attention paid to wellbeing and employee care during the pandemic

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our data science community is strong and we support each other, and the aims of our part of the business in LS are strongly resonant and motivating

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I have little interaction with many of my Ops coworkers as the work of my team is rather niche. The product team I work with are good people, but the strategy is unclear and ill-executed, and there are no meaningful discussions or oversight on how we carry it out, nor analysis of how to improve
